First, when you arrive to our chiropractic office in Cocoa, we’ll ask you to fill out our new patient intake forms. This paperwork provides us basic information about you, as well as your medical history and a description of your condition. You can fill these forms out ahead of time by going here.
Next, you’ll have consult with Dr. Isidoro Acevedo Jr to chat about your health-related problems and concerns, as well as potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Isidoro Acevedo Jr to understand exactly where you are at with your health and provide a roadmap to get you feeling your absolute best.
After your initial discussion, Dr. Isidoro Acevedo Jr will perform a complete chiropractic exam. This is to get hands-on and see exactly what is going on with your body currently. Nothing will be done without full explanation and your consent.
4. Report of Findings
After the exam is completed and analyzed, Dr. Isidoro Acevedo Jr will give you a “report of all findings” that details everything discovered during the exam. After reviewing your health history, goals, and examining your spine and X-rays, Dr. Isidoro Acevedo Jr will discuss recommendations for your treatment in order to help get you to optimal health.
At the end of your first appointment, you can choose to experience your first chiropractic adjustment. This may include spinal adjustments, intersegmental traction, and/or spinal decompression. Treatment is interactive, so you can express concerns about the different styles of treatment anytime.
6. Custom Wellness Plan
After your first treatment, our team will determine if ongoing wellness and care will make sense for your health. These plans are designed to help maintain optimal health for your spine and your body.
Keeping on top of your spine’s misalignments helps prevent future issues from arising and keeps you feeling great.

I loved going to the Chiro studio and I feel so much better! When I couldn’t continue my plan, I prepaid for they made it so easy to cancel and get a refund only because my hours for work weren’t working anymore with their hours. I was kind of nervous being 36 weeks pregnant going to the chiropractor. However the website give me the information I needed for my prenatal adjustment. Easy to schedule an appointment Dr. Salvor help me so much. Relieving lower back pain and right hip sciatica. My baby is breech and hopefully this adjustment help loosen tight ligaments and uneven pelvis.

Chiro Studio was AMAZING! I am a BPS teacher and made an appointment for their free summer teacher adjustments. They just asked me to bring my license and teacher ID. I visited Chiro Studio for the first time this week. I am an Brevard County teacher and took advantage of the free appointments deal for teachers that I saw being offered on Facebook. No strings attached and I’ve already got my next two appointments scheduled.
All of the staff were amazing. Front desk staff were friendly & helpful. Dr. Adam did a wonderful job explaining the benefits of chiropractic adjustments and took time to learn about the areas I needed him to focus on.
